Dr. Garnett completed his medical degree at the University of Health Science College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kansas City, MO.  He completed his internship in Family Practice at the University of Wyoming, also completed his residency there.  Dr. Garnett is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Michele completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.  Her internship was done in Perryton, Amarillo, Ft. Worth, and Dallas.  She is a member of Physician Assistant and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Dr. Hasham is half a world away from his hometown in Pakistan, but he has found a new home in Spearman. He completed medical school and practiced two years in Pakistan.  As a foreign medical graduate, he had to complete all of the exams necessary to receive a license in the United States before pursuing his research interests and residents training.  He completed a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in February. Dr. Hasham has also been involved in neonatology research.
