Dr. Garnett completed his medical degree at the University of Health Science College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Kansas City, MO.  He completed his internship in Family Practice at the University of Wyoming, also completed his residency there.  Dr. Garnett is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Michele completed her Maters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.  Her internship was done in Perryton, Amarillo, Ft. Worth, and Dallas.  She is a member of Physician Assistant and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
