This position serves to enhance the value differentiation of HCHD by performing all duties as directed by the Maintenance supervisor and/or Plant Operations Manager. Responsible for buildings, grounds, and equipment to include the functions of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, gardening, furniture repair, welding, etc

 

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Equivalent of high school or technical school diploma preferred. Maintenance and janitorial experience required. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Must be physically able to perform all assigned duties of position.  Must be a team player.

    Certified Nurse Aide

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position serves to enhance the value differentiation of HCHD by providing each of your assigned residents with a routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.  Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.  Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family and public.  Must be able to relate information concerning a residents condition.

 

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must have a Texas Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate from an accredited Texas Nurse Aide curriculum.  Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position serves to enhance the value differentiation of HCHD by providing direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities preformed by nursing assistants.  Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the DON Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.


 

 

EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must posses, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.  Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Must posses the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family and public.  Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
