Respite care is available for short-term stays or when families are faced with transition periods where temporary housing is an issue.

We also offer 24-hour RN coverage at our nursing stations who provide personalized treatment and ongoing care.

We offer restorative care for functional maintenance and are connected to Hansford Hospital for on-site emergency care, hospitalization and diagnostic testing.

We have excellent staffing ratios to help us strive for a higher quality of life for our residents.

Residents are able to "serve themselves" with a state of the art salad bar, specially designed for residents in wheel chairs.

We provide many enjoyable activities tailored to the interests and abilities of our residents.

"The Men's Club" at Hansford Manor enjoys fishing trips and visits to area cattle ranches.

Hansford County Hospital District medical staff members make weekly visits to Hansford Manor and continually check up on our residents.

Sunday church services are a long tradition.  Local churches take turns providing ministry and music.

Hansford Manor is located 90-miles north of Amarillo, Texas in Hansford County.
